I’m Felipe Parreiras, a UX & UI Designer certified by Google. I work as a Product Designer and Project Manager. I create digital products for B2B and B2C and have experience with AI workflows.

I work across the entire product development process, from discovery, ideation, and research to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and usability testing, directly with clients and Product Owners (POs). My routine includes development plans, sprints, and quality assurance testing.

    I led the creation of workflows based on market needs, enabling major companies such as MetLife, CSD, and others to become clients. The platform is a complete HR management ecosystem covering time tracking, job postings, performance reviews, position management, team management, and much more.
